Prayers and Salvation

Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I believe that you are the Son of God Who died for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. I am sorry for the sins I have committed, and I give you permission to be ruler of my life. I have asked and I believe that by grace, I am saved. And now, Lord Jesus, please help me to open my ears and heart to you. I need your Holy Spirit to dwell in me, guide me, and lead me to all truth. Help me to desire to study your Word and meditate on it day and night. Give me a yearning to pray and to seek your face. Help me to commit my ways to you, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Congratulations! Since you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are part of God’s family. Take time to get to know God. Join a church and attend worship services and Bible study regularly. Also, study God’s word and pray daily. As you do, God will give you the power to control your actions and thoughts that are contrary to His ways. He also will reveal your life’s purpose, designed just for you.

Accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior doesn’t mean that all your problems and difficulties will disappear, never to return. It means that you now have hope in Him, and through His power within you, you can overcome.

We praise God that you are already a part of God’s family. Continue to submit your will to God and seek Him diligently. It is vital for Christians to attend worship service and Bible study, to read God’s Word, and to pray daily. Remember, we are the light of the world, so let your light shine as you represent Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, I have turned away from you. Please forgive me for this and other sins I've committed. The truth is you may always feel you’re not ready to give your life to Jesus Christ for various reasons. Don’t take it for granted that you will have a “next time” to accept the gift of salvation. You may have reasons for not accepting Jesus Christ, but give God a chance to help you work through them. Please, accept him today.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (New Testament)
